A vigorous, late-ripening grape variety, it develops its full potential in the best exposures, provided that it is produced from a controlled harvest. It then produces full-bodied, rich and generous wines.

Our Hermitage finishes its maturation in oak barrels for 18 months. Its powerful aromas combine with the vanilla flavours of the barrel.
