A rosé made exclusively from Pinot Noir, the Oeil-de-Perdrix owes its enchanting and iridescent colour to that grape. The wine develops hues which range from coppery gold to salmon pink, depending on the duration it is vatted with the skins.
Its wonderful finesse, aromatic, harmonious bouquet with aromas of flowers and fruit, and a full, fresh, smooth taste with a long, elegant finish. It is best drunk young.
