Specific to Valais, the Petite Arvine is a rare and precious pearl. It needs a select, though not too arid, spot to produce its best.

The fine flesh, melting and delicate, gives the wine an inimitable typicality of great distinction. It is racy and virile, lifting the spirit with fragrances of flowers and fruit. Strong on the palate, yet very delicate and complex leaving a slightly salty aftertaste, very typical of this grape varietal.

Over-ripening gives it density and aromatic richness, without detracting from its finesse and legendary harmony. This wine can be drunk in his youth, but also has a good aging potential.
